What is this devil is it a devil or a EvIl?
We meet this devil every day this devil is none other than anger.
If you get angry you know naturally this devil comes to your and our body and destroyies your present consciousness and mindfulness.
This devil invade your whole being and will start controlling you as the way it wants you to behave.
So automatically you will obey this devils orders and work according to that.
MIND YOU, DEVILS ARE EVIL NEVER BRING ABOUT ANY POSITVE OUTCOME.
Anger as i mentioned earlier is one of the most harmful devils in you though you know that.
Angry people look ugly lord buddha has said it this way ''how ugly is the angry man.his sleep is without comfort. Depste his wealth he is always poor.
At times when i got angry, some people have said dont get angry you will become ugly.
Dr. William mark said in one of his speeches that unhappy feelings like anger anxiety possibly affects the distribution of the body and in consequence.
Anger causes many diseases anger is the main reason for anxiety,stress and depression.

It will affect the hormone blance in you which may lead to many mental and physical disorders. Such as sleeping disorders.

If your angry i know its hard to curb that sensation. I also have gone through that difficult situation.
Endure that hard feeling of anger train yourself do that.
It is also said in dhammapada that the anger should be over come by non anger.
Count up fifty and then try to count in revers manne and then you will get the freedom.
If you can control this devil it as if you,ve killed your enemies.
Actually if you dont get angry you can never have enemies.
How many man could i kill? Their number is blendless as the sky.
But if the though of anger is killed all enemies are killed

A devil in you usually devil are belived to be evil and horrible.
Always causing trouble so when i say that theres a devil in you... Which is causing trouble how do you feel for yourrelf?
